  One of our lovely Mums has asked for some advice. Her daughter is 7 weeks old and it’s time for Mum to return to work. Both Mum and Dad work unpredictable shifts, starting early and finishing late. She’s contacted some local Childminders with no joy and doesn’t think nursery will be an option. Do you have any childcare recommendations that could help?

  I bet a nanny would work out best rather than taking to nursery where they are standard hours ... People think a home nanny is mega expensive but it often works out no more expense than nursery and they are in your home so no journeys etc. My son goes to Play And learn nursery 0121 355 3248 And they are fabulous.
