All I wanted was to get my abscest treated as I'm worried I have a blood infection all explained to them and falls under the NHS emergency guidelines. Had good conversations with someone the day before and immediately after however as the previous person put a strike on my name I couldn't be helped. I even cried due to the pain and distress I was in and hung up on. The preconceptions and clear discrimination was ridiculous. I would like my recordings sent to me. Also asked to speak to a manager which was not allowed.

  If you call 03000242548 they will try and fit u in somewhere if not u will have to wait until 5.30 and call back again to get out ov hours which will be at the albion... hope this helps xx
