  Does anyone know someone who does floors? We need to do some work at the store. There was tile over the original terrazzo, which had to be pulled up because it was breaking apart. They used this tar-like stuff to put the tile down. We were told it has to be removed by professionals, health hazard if we do it. We just want to put something over the floor, but we aren't sure what our options are. Would appreciate any help.
