  Western Exterior Services - Mark Reichlin 206-510-2548 or Porter Construction John Porter at 206-634-2966 - They do a lot of water damage repairs on Seattle condos but were both capable builders as well. Two of the best in the business in my humble opinion Just let em know Mike Bosnick sent ya ;-)
