  Can anybody in Santa Cruz recommend a good property management service for renting a place? The landlords on Craig's list are irritating the piss out of me. No one returns calls or emails and some want ridiculous things like personality surveys or DIY construction on THEIR property. My girl and I both have full time employment and good credit.
