  Ok Vallejo friends, I have to have the upper lateral sewer line replaced.We had a crap job (excuse the pun) done in 2006. We have had 3 estimates. Since this costs between 3 and 4 thousand dollars I want it done right this time…. This requires a plumber with C-42 or Class A Licensed Contractor since the sidewalk and all kinds of nonsense is involved.Who do you recommend?

  Call the Vallejo Sanitary District (707) 644-8949. it's free, or something, can do it for allocation.
