They started off well doing a professional job but didn't clean up the laserlite out the back, removed plumbing I had asked to be left untouched, didn't finish work as quoted and left me with water leaking into my laundry from a missing flashing. It took 6 weeks to get them back to rectify, except although they claim it was new they used a scratched unsightly downpipe and instead of returning a pre-existing pipe to its original position stuck it straight in the middle of my laserlite which is visually ridiculous and unsightly and cut a hole in the laserlite so it can't be moved back without replacing it. When I asked again to have the work made right they weren't interested. Later when it rained water from the roof leaked down the outside of the downpipe rather than into the stormwater pipe. They refused to fix as they say they have been back once already. I would not recommend this company, or at least to not pay until the works are satisfactory to you. Paying in cash on the day was a big mistake as there was no incentive to do the right thing.
