  HELP!!! We are trying to sell our home but we have just been informed that our tin roof is in need of repair or some partial replacement before it can be repainted...can anyone suggest a great roofer that is also very affordable???

  Samuel Lapp, Newport, PA S&L Roofing, Gutters and Siding (717) 576-7289. They just did a roof for my grandparents home, were affordable (since they are on a fixed income), and did a great job. I'm not sure about tin roofing, but you could give them a call and ask. They are accredited by the BBB as well.
