  Dia, here is what a friend of mine who winters in Arizona sent. The clinic I go to is called TLC Dental. They did a excellent job for me...they are in Algodones. AZ phone # is 928 328-1866. They also speak English. Debbie had a lot of work done there also. Good luck. Keep smiling, Bret
