  Require a good and cost efficient plumber - boiler has given up the ghost - will need replacing ideally this coming week....anyone able to recommend/help (gas valve gone therefore probably best to replace given that the boiler is 23 yrs old and the cost of a new valve) - not really what we could do with:-(
