  The G. asked:

  We have a tile roof that needs replaced. Do you have a good. no GREAT roofer that you would like to recommend? We are taking bids on the replacement.

  

  The G. replied:

  There is substantial deterioration to parts of the underlayment. I want a "per sheet" price on replacing so I know I am not charged for parts that were still good. The roof is 28 years old. Also looking at metal. I just don't want to settle for shingle as I bought this house just because of the tile roof and land around it. Figured I could fix the rest in time to my liking. 813-784-0353
