  What's with plumbers? I have a hot water heater that needs replacing probably. It's new and GE will replace it after I jump through various hoops for them. I need a licensed plumber to inspect it and GE will pay up to 125.00 in service charges. First plumber doesn't want to deal with the "paperwork". Second company stood me up. Does anyone know or recommend a good, honest plumbing contractor? This is for the shop. Obviously water is crucial for my livelihood! Thanks!
