The doctor rerscribed naproxin and it doesn't work either. Does anyone out there know of a great muscle relaxer I could recommend my doctor give me? I have a crazy system so things like percoset doesn't affect me at all.

  @Lisa: You can call me at 206-933-0407 and I'm happy to discuss the massage bit with you. In short, you need a massage therapist who doesn't need to be asked for a specific technique but knows how to treat it- PT does make it worse, IME. Give me a call. Or search the AMTA website for a local practitioner.
