  Does anybody know any good and affordable NHS dentists in the Birmingham area? Bit into a lamb bone whilst eating a lamb Karahi at a restaurant earlier and half my tooth has broken off. Looks like a trip to to the dental hospital in the morning as an interim measure. I dread dental bills :(
