  Anna K. wrote: Was late for the first appointment, came in the afternoon rather than morning. Luckily we were in and agreed the job. He then did not turn up for the job after we had arranged for someone to be in all day and warned the neighbours their water would need to be switched off. Did not even call or text to say he couldn't come. Avoid!
