  So funny thing happened - my elderly parents are in town and my dads key for his 2008 Ford Taurus X had previously come lose from the fab portion (the metal key itself). He took it into a hardware store and the put a tiny metal screw through the fab and key to hold it in place Today they drove down from louisville and when they arrived, the fab came lose from the key. The key is now lodged in the ignition and will turn, but will not start the car or come out of the ignition. There is about an inch of key sticking out from the ignition. At this point, we are desperate as to what to do after working and working in the key. Suggestions on what to do or who to call? Help Hip D!!
