I'll be happy to meet with you in your home and discuss staging it wisely, to get the biggest bang for your buck without over spending. If you think we make a good team, we can work on an action plan together. Proper staging and high quality pictures are critical for online marketing, which is where 85-95% of people look before they ever call a Realtor.
