  Dr Anne Halbert, 100 Outram St, West Perth 08)9321 7641 was brilliant when we saw doc when DD was a baby. Saw doc for 2 haemangioma's and she also picked up on our DD's excema which we hadn't realised she had. Lovely lady :-)
