  Hey people: I have a friend in need an experienced handyperson type to assist on a demo/reno project in their old house in Ann Arbor. She wants to do tile, cabinets, plumbing, replacing sash weight rope, wall and trim painting. Moonlighting/after hours is OK, but it's enough for full time for a couple of weeks. Not looking for a contractor to take over the project, looking to pay someone hourly to assist, rate depends on skills/experience. If you or someone you know might be interested, shoot me a message.
