He'll save you a bunch of time by paying the bituach le'umi and mas hachnasa, too. Best is to leave him a bunch of checks for the authorities, to cover a few months, and then just email him the salaries, and he'll email you back the final payroll/tax/tlushim file. That way, you'll even save yourself the trip to his office (bottom of Ha'oman street).
