Marjorie E. asked:I have had a real issue dealing with Sears.com with regard to repairing my front loader LG washer. For $174, the guy they sent would fix anything in the drum and nothing else. We had to pay that amount over the phone in order to set the appointment, so that was sight unseen. That amount was only good for 90 days. The guy came out and couldn't get it to repeat so he left and said to call him if it "broke" again. Guess what? 103 days later, it does it again. So, I need someone reliable who can fix my washer, because we are breaking the bank at the laundromat.
