When you receive telephone call from BILLY to "resolve" the matter at hand, you will speak to someone that claims to be "The Regional Manager", but in fact is just a regular representative, that is demanding a check for the work that is "SAID" to be completed while at that exact moment, they have WORKERS in your home painting. They have given an INFINITY of issues and total run around since their job was said to have been completed over 6 months ago. And as of today, ongoing ISSUES have yet to be resolved. The customer service with JB is A 0 as well, so don't speak to him. The workers WILL BREAK Items that are attached to your home and this company will attempt to recoup the expenses on the back end and charge you for work that was NEVER done on your home, to include materials that were said to be purchased and not ever utilized! I have photographs to back this story!!!!!! April Showers Brings May Flowers and will come along with LEAKS in your roof that enter your home and damage your ceiling. SO PLEASE be very aware of this company!!! You will be left with mediocre work that later turns into additional work and most of all, HUGE amounts in attorney's fees to resolve the matter. Please!!!! Please be aware!!!!!!! Don't even allow them to offer anything for free!!! It wouldn't be worth your time and headache!
