  no advance crosstrails is just a dentist. the nearest orthodontist is in arnold the phone number is 636-326-4440. I just calld them last week they do braces for children on medicaid

  Dr Jones 636.326.4440. He is near Gravois Bluffs. Lucas' braces cost $950. However, we have excellent dental insurance.
