  Kelly get make and model of oven, remove the element (in front of the fan) and get a replacement from s&p domestic service centre on bridge st opposite the health centre (next to cake shop) 01295 256944. It is really easy to do yourself, took me less than 5 mins. The new element cost me £8 as opposed to the £120 for the lowest call out I could find.
