  Ok, had to find my card: PRIORITY Termite and Pest...David is the owner 813-404-9109, 651-1909...I know one thing to make sure of is the warranty- some companies charge a whole lot each year to keep the warranty. We used one (none listed here) when we built our house for the prevention, and they tried charging us way too much yearly to keep it up. Good luck!
