Donald W. Fohrman & Associates, Ltd., has represented injury victims throughout the State of Illinois. In addition to handling all types of personal injury cases, we also concentrate our practice in employment related matters such as employment discrimination, sexual harassment and overtime wage claims. We are also very proud of the representation we have provided to Illinois firefighters and police officers who have been injured in the line-of-duty. We are currently only a handful of law firms in the State of Illinois who devote a portion of their practice to representing firefighters and police officers. As a result we have extensive knowledge of the Public Employees's Disability Act and the Illinois Pension Codes. We have the experience to handle these claims and maximize benefits for Illinois firefighters and police officers under the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act.
