Customer since 1990's never been treated like second rate trash. Absolute Crock and arrogance. For years, spend months trying to get in because Tucker is the "best" then get passed on to second rate team & third rate optician. Had to wait 2 months for appointment for routine eye exam. Told the day off, we are sorry but running late due to surgeries. Get there 15 min late and told sorry its policy, make another appointment. So its okay to wait 30 - 40 min in lobby, but not for customer. A-Typical of snob. Rather go to Wal-Mart for exams! 30years just tossed aside like yesterdays trash. No service, worthless staff. Unbelievable!
