I am curious because my 6 week old is really favoring his left side, so much so that he head is beginning to take on an abnormal shape on the favored side. We actively try to encourage the use of his other side, however he refuses to breastfeed on that side or sleep on the side and will begin to fuss after 5-10 mins of play on the non favored side." Thanks! ~AmyNicola D. replied:All 3 of my daughters were adjusted at birth. My last one (4 months) was adjusted seconds after delivery while still in the tub. Number 2 was minutes after and my first was 1 hour. For number 3 it has helped me not have mastitis BECAUSE she won't favor one side while nursing like number 2 did. With baby #2 she would change her latch, or not feed on the right so I got chronic mastitis, until I allowed Dr. Plummer to adjust her multiple times in 1 day to get the problem fixed. After that we didn't have another problems. Yes,I'm a chiropractors wife, but I'm also human and see a little fragile baby and get scared. I've gotten way tough after 3 now. :) baby 3 started to favor the left, Dr. Plummer adjusted her a few times in the week to relieve the tension and pressure from her after delivery response and we haven't had an issue since. Dr. Kent Plummer has 5 children and sees both moms, adults, and babies. 78 th and pacific. And if you would like some one closer to you call him, he can refer you to a doctor that's close to you. However the reason some chiro practices are less than others is simply because of the overhead and staff. Also all the Information you get he can call your pediatric doc and review it with them and send a copy. Many pediatric docs in the area are familiar with his services. They also send you to one of the best pediatric nurses to draw labs. My kids have had it done. He also follows up with you and the child to see what is working and not for modifications.

He screams and cries most of the time, can't lie on his back for more than 20 minutes (therefore not sleeping in his crib or bassinet) and nonetheless he doesn't sleep well at all!! The doc gave him Zantac and it seemed to make things worse. Therefore, does anyone know of any pediatric chiropractors in the Omaha area that can help him? Our youngest is 10 months and saw Laura Wilwerding 1 time after delivery after she was born just because. My 3 year old has only seen a Ped 1 time in 2 years just because again.
