About us
Based on North Padre Island we offer professional cleaning services to vacation rental companies, property management companies, and residential housing.
We are acquainted with most of the condo complexes on the island including, but no limited to: Palm Bay, Marquesas, Spinnaker, The Shores, Puenta Vista, Mariner's Cay, Fairway Villas, Breezeways, Seabrisas, Sand Dollar, Outrigger, Leeward Isles, Beach Haven, Leeward Cove, Lorimar, Seascape, Beach Club, Nautilus, Beach Breeze, Seahorse, PI Townhomes, Portofino, and many others through out the island.
We have a cleaning contract with a large property management company on the island along with several residential properties. Our services are not limited to the island however, we do prefer it. We also have a cleaning contract with a large apartment complex in town along with several others in that area that we take care of.
Other services that we provide:
-Property Walks and documentation for long term move outs which include damage assessment and photographs.
-Painting touch ups and light drywall repair.
-System updates for Vacation Rental and Property Management Companies. Familiar with Vacation Rent Pro.
-Unit/Contractor Scheduling Vacation Rental and Property Management Companies.
