  Dave Powell of White Glove Chimney & Repair has done great things for us - sweeping then mechanical cleaning when the sweep didn't remove some encrusted creosote, a stainless steel chimney liner, and repairing our chimney (he took pictures of each problem last year when he was cleaning, and this year did the repairs).
