I thought that sounded funny so I paid for my over priced oil change and left. I then took it to the dealership. They said my rotors could be turned and said I have other problems. They have gone above and beyond helping me out on more than one occasion. The most extreme case of great customer service was when I took my car to hi Tech for a tire, I was planning to wait for it. Then before they were able to finish the job I suddenly needed to leave. They put a donut on my car and let me leave and come back. No additional charge despite the fact that they had the car up on the lift while they were repairing my tire. This is just one example of the TLC I have received from HiTech!.
