My journey began in Plant Based Nutrition, which in turn introduced me to Essential Oils and Raindrop Therapy. I am a Usui Reiki Master and have a studio where I do many types of energy healing combined with massage. I am certified with Hot Stone, Myofascial Cupping, Crystal Healing and am on my way in aquiring my Master Herbalist Certification. I also am a CanFit Pro certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I love helping people and my goal is to find natural health solutions to enhance quality of life, prevent and reverse illness, and help you feel the best you can body, mind and soul!
