  OK Facebook...I'm selling units faster than I can get them remodeled. We're in dire need of a contractor at Hidden Lakes ASAP. Preferably a small crew of 4 to 6 people. Hidden Lakes alone has nearly 400 units that are scheduled to be remodeled over the next year with potential to expand into two other smaller properties in the Grand Rapids area and one community in Midland. If anyone knows of someone, or is interested in bidding the job themselves, please let me know. Interior remodeling will consist of cutting and laying countertops, hanging cabinets, basic electric work, wood flooring, tile backsplash and bathroom remodeling.
