  We go thru Priority Health. I am not sure who are actual agent is but the number is 616 942 0954. Our plan covers all well baby visits and his immunizations. It is 340/mo but my husband is a smoker so it could be less if you are not. And I am pretty sure premiums will be the same thru 2014 so it won't change in January if you started tomorrow. Good luck.
