  If any of you know of a respectful individual or family that is wanting to rent a farmhouse south of Indianola I should have it ready around April 1st. I am going to be very very picky this time, after this last POS pretty much destroyed everything I own out there. Plus do any of you know a good reasonable Plummer that can fix the kitchen sink drains! I give up on pluming it's not my calling. I will be looking to get around $400-$450 and the renter will assume the electricity and the gas. The house has three bedrooms and one bath. It has a storm cellar and not a liveable basement.
