  Can people give me the names and numbers of real estate people in the area who they have had good experiences with? 2 friends of mine got a letter yesterday that the apartment they have been renting in Brooklyn for about a decade is going to have the rent doubled. Yes they are going to talk to a lawyer to see if this is legal. But in the mean time they need to find a new home sooner than later. I selfishly would like them closer .

We currently live on Cooper St, but want to find a building quieter, with laundry in the building and close to the A line. Our lease ends May 1st so around then is perfect!
