  Rebecca W. wrote: It was no problem getting him to come out and spray the first time because he knew he’d be receiving a check. I asked him to come retreat our back yard because we were still having an issue with mosquitos and it took him nearly a month to come back. This was after many times of him saying “oh I’ll be there tomorrow” and no call/no showing me. When he finally did come back he only resprayed and said he did not have anymore mosquito granules but he’d be back the next day with them. Took at least another two weeks to get him to come back with mosquito granules. Overall John is very unprofessional and does not keep to his word. I will be finding a new pest company this spring.
