I want a fair and honest person. I could do it myself, but time is not on my side right now. I have tenants in the house and they need the sinks to be working. If you do me a good job I'll keep you in mind for future work since I do not live down there anymore. I'd really love to sell the house. Tenants have been in the house for years.
