She goes above and beyond-- she follows through and provides a level of service that is uncommon today. She is professional, intelligent, and straight-forward. She handles my business, personal, and estate taxes. I gave her 5 stars for value--she is not inexpensive; however, you get what you pay for, and she is excellent--therefore a value.
