  We used Luis with LS Remodeling - (571) 233-7560. He's done a few houses in Fairlington now, but I was very happy with the work and the pricing. He'll do a free estimate and generally can fit in smaller projects in short order.

  We used Luis with LS Remodeling (571) 233-7560. He did an entire home remodel for us. I've posted pics here before but am happy to show you our kitchen. He took out the wall completely and flipped the refrigerator. We used ikea for cabinets and couldn't be happier. His rates were very reasonable compared to the other quotes we received and he has since done a few other kitchens in Fairlington. Let me know if you'd like to take a look at our place - happy to help a new Fairlington friend!

Anyone here who has cabinet installations from Poggenpohl or Hardwood Artisans - if so, how was your experience with them? If not, any other suggestions for good cabinetry? Does anyone know of a good general contractor? We'd like to knock down part of the kitchen wall and would need to ask for variance. It would be smashing if we could get a general contractor who has had experience successfully applying for one in Fairlington. Thanks! Anya & David

  We used Luis with LS Remodeling. He did a complete kitchen (and home for that matter) overhaul of our place. He's currently on a job in the neighborhood doing a kitchen overhaul and has done several more. His number is (571) 233-7560. Happy to show you his work if you need the point of reference, but I can't recommend him highly enough based on price and quality.
