    New unit to be installed on Monday. Thanks for USAA to assist with financing. Also I can't say enough good things about Best Air http://www.bestairrepair.com/Welcome.html they never charge for a service call ever and they have always been straight with me before. They have been out out here several times and most times it was a $100 fix, and one $300 fix when they replaced the blower motor fan inside the house. Anyway $3,800 for a new HVAC unit installed with 10 year warranty. If anyone near Fayetteville/ FT Bragg ever needs them call (910) 723-3836.
