Some moronic designers that I paid £250 plus VAT to design a pdf for me managed to spell my own name incorrectly, and neither myself nor a few other colleagues noticed and now they are refusing to edit it without an additional charge as it was over 3 months ago. For me, it is the principle that counts - it is a minor edit that would take 5 mins. Am very cross. I would tell their names here, but I am not so vindictive.
