Called him at 5pm, came round at 6pm, doesn't charge a call out fee, prefers to come and check the job and only charge for the work done. We could have solved the problem easily ourselves if we'd known what to do but he has shown us what to do if it happens again. He also advised on another potential job but showed us what to do rather than have to pay him to come out and do it - nice not to be ripped off, a breath of fresh air! Crystal L. replied:My other half has a team of about 7-10 people, he's gas safe and has an electrician that works with his team most weeks because his main business is project managing house refurbs on the gas/plumbing and electric side. I know he's had a big job delayed because other trades are taking too long, so could possibly get in ASAP for you. We live local, so could prob get in soon for a quote. He's done all our house and nothing's exploded yet- so I think he's good and although I'm bias, his rates are V good, too good for my liking haha . Hes always working miles away, so it would be nice to have him home a bit earlier if hes working local a bit more. If you want to give him a call, 07974949425 x

Sounds dodgey to me since they are called UKDNwaterflow and came recommended by insurance company. Stupidely I assumed they were plumbers:)
