  Shannon W. wrote: Cardinal Roofing and Technologies came highly recommended to me and I now see why! We met with a few roofing companies, but after we met with Cardinal the choice was made! They were honest and upfront about everything. They were fast about getting the process started. Their crew was VERY polite, clean and they did not stop working! They kept a clean site everyday and their head guy made sure to communicate with me everyday about progress. We love how our roof came out and appreciate Cardinal's advice on the solar technology we added! I will absolutely recommend Cardinal Roofing and Solar Technologies to all my friends, family and clients!

  Mike H. wrote: Cardinal Roofing does not honor their warranty. They replaced my roof last year. I was initially satisfied. But then water started to get into the wall of my home. They came out and did a terrible job of repairing it and then sent me a bill. I ended up having to hire a more competent company to correctly fix the problem and repair the damage. Stay away from Cardinal Roofing.

  Nick C. wrote: We had a leak in our roof that caused some celing damage back in May. Cardinal roofing came out and fixed the leak (which took approximately 10-15 min, costing close to $400). I then had to hire a company to come out and fix the water damage to the ceiling. Four months later, the ceiling damage recurred in the exact spot. I called Cardinal roofing who came out and apparently fixed the roof again. After the "re-repair" , I realized they didn't fix the ceiling damage. So I called and talked to the owner, Roger, who basically told me that the warranty only covers the roof, nothing else. He said that even though they likely repaired the roof improperly, or misjudged the repair, the ceiling damage was not their fault. He told me they are not insured and they can't just repair everything that gets damaged under an old roof. Either the owner of cardinal roofing is slow, or he is a terrible business man. I told Roger that I would be filing a BBB complaint and he said to go right ahead. Do yourself a favor and find another roofing company. Don't get stuck with immoral amateurs who won't back up their work!
