I just moved to the area and am desperately looking for daycare for my 3 year old immediately so I can start work. Preferably inhome and at a reasonable price. I would greatly appreciate any help! Thank you so so much!

My sister-in-law's friend lives in the Lenexa area. She recently had a baby and is still looking for daycare for when she returns to work. Where we take our daughter is currently full, but I told her...
We currently use Special Beginnings on Pflumm and are happy with them. I have also used Country Kids, and we thought they did a great job. She could also contact Johnson County Daycare Connections (http://www.daycareconnection.org/). If she contacts this organization, they will ask some questions regarding what she is looking for and then provide a list of day care providers (in-home, centers, etc.) within her parameters that have openings available. They do not charge a fee for this service which is nice. I hope this helps. Jeanine Meiers
Hello all! I'm in the early stages of looking for child care for my baby (she's due in Feb) starting at the end of April. Because this is my first child I have no clue where to begin. Can any one recommend a good home daycare provider? Thanks!
