Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
Started Lock and Key Solutions in 2004 and since franchised and now have 3 branches. We also have a drive through shop so that you dont have to get out of your car!
Describe a typical work day for you?
Helping customers in their hour of need! We are always on the way to save the day! We are 24 hour on call so we never rest. Lock picking, cutting keys, programming keys and assisting customers with all their needs!
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
Looking back at the history of locks and trying to keep that history going! We have been taken over by new technology but people will always bring in old keys and locks that no new technology can repair. It will take the hands of a locksmith!
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
We guarantee our service! If the key doesn't work, even if it was not our fault and the clients lock is warn, we will repair the key on site, at no expense to the client.
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
Winning the PCB small business award. And just seeing a happy customer is an amazing experience every single time
