  Does anyone know a reputable business or seamstress that will alter a wedding dress? My friend took her dress to Alterations Express and they did a TERRIBLE job and it needs fixed. They made it too short and it's about a half inch shorter on one side....HELP!!!!!!!

She does like everyone who goes to New Phila's prom dresses, she altered my sisters wedding dress like 20 years ago and made all the bridesmaids dresses from scratch. I know she is good, even though it is a drive.
