  Can any of my lovely friends help! My washing machine stopped mid cycle showing an error that means the filter/pump needs emptying/blocked. I've managed to get the water and clothes out but am unable to get the filter cap off. It will only unscrew so far and then stops. Any ideas or recommendations on a local company to call out.
