  I hear ya! I'm very lucky to have a great landlord! Did the flooding stop? I wish I knew a good plumber that was in Van. I have a friend who's good but he's in New West and won't come out to Van unless he's slow (which he hardly ever is) You can give him a try though if you want. His name is Bill from L&B Plumbing (his company) - 604-315-6459 worth a try anyway. Good luck!!
