  Chris W. wrote: Steve did a good job with what he did while here but promised to call the next morning as he needed to search for a part needed to even run my fireplace...afterall, what good is a clean fireplace if it wont run? Long story short after a week we still hadn't heard from him so we tried to call him to see if he was able to locate the part and only got a message stating they would be gone until the first week of December. A simple phone call with an update would have gone a long way...even if the part was not to be found, but we got nothing. If he decides to give us a call I can update this review, but for now this is how it stands.
